CEDAR is cold and sweet, CEDAR is a paste for making gelato, a great way to add some color to your ice cream. The flavor comes from the rind, which has been traditionally used in kitchens in both Italy and Spain as it provides robustness, acidity and bitterness. It is now possible to preserve this unique characteristic of the fruits with our special product CEDAR: concentrate of cedro de Sicilia (the cedar apple).
